01. arrival
- The reception is located in the historic coach house (right next to the parking lot).
- Check-in is possible daily from 15:00 (until 19:00 at the latest).
- Please have your ID and booking details ready.
02. room occupancy
- After check-in you will receive your room key and all information about your stay.
- Should you require additional services such as wellness or restaurant reservations, reception will be happy to help you.
03. departure
- Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
- Please return the key to reception on departure.

Start your day relaxed with a delicious breakfast in the neighboring Schlosshotel Purschenstein. For just €19.00 per person, you can simply book a delicious breakfast in addition to your overnight stay. A hearty breakfast is the ideal way to start your day before exploring the region or getting active.
